Pre-Order: These are items that are not currently in stock, however they are available to purchase in advance.
Pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by Cuspi and requires full payment in advance
- Estimated Date of Arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule of our projected production order with our supplier.
The approximate ship date is advised on the product page.
- Please understand that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of Cuspi's control.
Projected stock is limited for pre-orders.

Pre-order T&Cs

- Please understand that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of Cuspi's control. Projected stock is limited for pre-orders.
- If in any case, your ordered item/s did not arrive to Cuspi from our supplier or there is not enough stock to support your order, we will refund your payment in full.
- As mentioned above, payment will be taken upon placing the order. The items will then be processed for delivery once the pre-ordered product has arrived.
- You are certainly still eligible to return the item, as agreed in our return/refund policy.
- To return your goods please visit our returns policy. All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless Cuspi reasonably agrees the item is faulty.
- Please note that there is no waitlist. All pre-order items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, and Cuspi is unable to hold or reserve items.

- Please note that if you have ordered items with Cuspi on pre-order and other items that are not on pre-order, we will plan to ship your order out together.
