This website is operated by Cuspi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cuspi. Cuspi offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
The price you see on the Site is the price you will pay at the checkout in and AUD$. We accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. We are not responsible for incorrect pricing on external websites.
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch of your order.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
PAYMENTS
If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit / debit card or other chosen payment method after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to dispatch your order.
Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. This may be due to: the item being out of stock or no longer available, your payment being declined, our identification of a pricing error or product description error or an unspecified technical error. If you are sure you are using a valid form of payment, please try again or use a different payment method.
PRE-ORDER
By placing a pre-order you are agreeing to these Pre-order Terms and Conditions.
Pre-Order: These are items that are not currently in stock, however they are available to purchase in advance. Pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by Cuspi and requires a full payment will be taken in advance.
Estimated Date of Arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule of our projected production order with our supplier. Approximate ship date is advised at point of sale on the product page.
Please understand that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of Cuspi's control. Projected stock is limited for pre-orders. If in any case, your ordered item/s did not arrive to Cuspi from our supplier or there is not enough stock to support your order, we will refund your payment in full.
Payment will be taken upon placing the order. The items will then be processed for delivery once the pre-ordered product has arrived.
To return your goods for a full refund please visit our returns policy. All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless Cuspi reasonably agrees the item is faulty.
Please note that there is no waitlist. All pre-order items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, and Cuspi is unable to hold or reserve items.

Please note that if you have ordered items with Cuspi on pre-order and other items that are not on pre-order, we will plan to ship your order out together.

DELIVERY
Delivery times should be used as a guide only as they are based on estimates provided by the preferred carrier. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may take longer for your parcel to reach you during busy periods.
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you with regards to the issue as soon as possible but we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver for reasons beyond our control nor do we accept any liability for delays in delivery.

RETURNS
We happily accept returns for full-priced items purchased from the Cuspi online store that meets the criteria on our online returns policy.
Provided that the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered. Items must be in original condition, and goods must be unworn, unwashed, not altered and with all original tags and packaging intact, you may return products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items - a store credit will be issued
- Gift cards
- Items that our shipping service is able to provide evidence as ‘delivered’ (regardless if full-price, sale or final sale items).
- Products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear.
Final Sale items have been marked down to clear. By purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting enquiries@cuspi.com.au if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to facilitate exchanges through our online store at this stage. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item, or wait until your store credit has been issued (on any sale items returned as per our condition on purchase).
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
